PROFILE

Lauren is passionate about fusing together marketing, communication and design to transform ideas into tangible results. She brings to clients a creative energy and a broad set of talents. Her expertise includes research, brand development, social media, email marketing, advertising, community outreach, events, web design and graphic design.

She previously was interim executive director for the downtown revitalization nonprofit Main Street Hanover, where she managed the downtown Hanover brand; maintained relationships with over 50 downtown businesses; developed and implemented a downtown event series; and led fundraising efforts. Through her efforts, Main Street Hanover doubled business participation in its programs and increased downtown event attendance over 60 percent.

Lauren also previously worked as a graphic designer for Lancaster-based Clark Associates, one of the largest food service equipment, supply and service companies in the United States. Additionally, she interned with LeadingAgePA, a trade association representing over 360 senior housing, healthcare and community-service providers across Pennsylvania.

A magna cum laude graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, Lauren holds a double-major bachelor’s degree in public relations and graphic design with a double-minor in advertising and visual communications. In 2019, she was awarded second place in the annual juried graphic design and fine arts exhibition at York College.
